Ajay previously served as CEO of Teqball USA and President of the US National Teqball Federation, helping expand Teqball’s presence across more than 145 countries. His leadership work has included building recognition and participation in the sport, including across major international competitions.
Before Teqball, Ajay served as Chief Operating Officer at Champro Sports, a B2B provider of sports apparel and equipment. His work focused on sales and growth, marketplace expansion, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
His experience spans operations, go-to-market strategy, scalability, revenue generation, and profitability. His work has been covered by publications including The Economist, Forbes, and Bloomberg.
